a mini-excavator and a plate compactor aren't normally the tools usedto drive pipe for bollards around a hydrant... They also triedslamming the bucket down on the pipe but alas, they had to bring in atiny pile driver to get the job done.
Ya gotta give them credit for thinking outside the box!
