winter wonderland
cannot get enough of this snow! It's so gorgeous around here! This
is why I love Alaska in the winter! The warm glow of the low sun, the
winter skies, the snow lightly settled in the trees... I'm heading
outside!

frosty walk
It's been so gorgeously frosty around here! Today I went for a walk
down to Lake Hood with Jeremiah-- it was so pretty!
sun dog
Took this picture of a sun dog at work. I like how the sun perfectly
blocks the sun. I heard you could see the other side of the sun dog
from the other windows but I didn't go look.

Election Day
Usually the top of this building has moving, colored lights meant to
look like the Northern Lights. I think it's a really cool building and
I can even see it from my street! Anyway, was driving home from
swimming last night when I saw they had changed it to red, white and
blue for yesterday. How cool!
