Indoor fireplace at Gust Hauf in Glendive, MT. Very good pizza. It
was pretty busy, you just can't tell in this picture. We're staying
in Glendive tonight.

Sunset
We saw a spectacular sunset tonight-- the sky was so blue!
In other news, my Grandma Rathbun passed away today. I can't even
tell you guys how blessed I feel to have been able to spend time with
her the week before last. I know she'll be watching over me but we
sure will miss her. Love you tons, G-ma!
Theodore Roosevelt Nat'l Park
We stopped at Theodore Roosevelt Nat'l Park. It was very pretty.
There were some spectacular canyons but the overlook was closed.
(yeah, what the heck?) We ended up driving into the park (no one was
there to take money from us either). It was really pretty. A little
like the Grand Canyon (much smaller of course) and it was cooler, at
around 45 degrees. Brian suggested it, and we're glad he did.
gummy bears
More gummy bears! I was in the passenger seat for this one! Jen took
the wheel for a while today, which was nice.
Big Winners!
Jen and I successfully accrued 2000 speedy rewards points at Speedways
along the way! No more after Minnesota, so I cashed in the points for
an itunes card!

The Cities
Welcome to the Twin Cities. Land of traffic and snow, as Adriane put
it. Tonight we're staying at her house just outside Minneapolis. The
drive was good, only hit snow in Minnesota. Only hit traffic in
Minnesota too; Adriane might be on to something.

reflections
The backyard from Marais's eye. You can see the garage out the back door.
Now that I don't have a job, I can do this all day if I want.

swimmin spot
My favorite swimmin spot on Lake Michigan near Brevort. Didn't look
appealing today. :-P

Great Sand Bay
I don't think I would have been able to capture it even with my good
camera. It was beautiful
copper country cruise
I forgot my memory cards on my Copper Country Cruise today! I took a
few black and white pictures and picked up a disposable camera too
(which took this picture).

Creatures Rampage the Campus Mall, Crashing Buildings Large and Small

Creatures Rampage the Campus Mall, Crashing Buildings Large and Small, originally uploaded by aimos325.
This is part of Sig Ep's statue. To the right is a recreation of the
MEEM. They always have crisp-looking statues and I appreciate that.
Ice Ain't Afraid of Sno-ghost
This was the 3rd place statue, but probably my favorite. I mean
really, it's the Stay-puft man! I also like their use of perspective.
TKE's made it.
