the first mosquitos of the year are so funny-- they're big but really slow (like bees when it gets cold). I swear they hatch out of melting snow-- not sure how they do it but they're pretty easy to outsmart :-)
Sheesh! That IS a big one! I don't think I've seen any mosquitos yet around here, but I saw a big bumblebee at Grandma's house last weekend, which surprised me!
